Description

The City of Charlotte is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Vehicle Glass Repair and Replacement Services for city vehicles. 
The fleet includes a wide range of vehicles and equipment, such as sedans, trucks, police units, fire apparatus, solid waste vehicles, construction machinery, and both light- and heavy-duty industrial vehicles.

The City plans to establish one or more all-inclusive service agreements with vendors capable of managing the full scope of glass repair and replacement needs. 

Selected vendors will provide diagnostic, maintenance, repair, and warranty services for glass components across all makes and models.
While no certifications are required, the City prefers that personnel performing these services hold one or more of the following accredited certifications: AGSC, AGRSS, NWRD, etc.

Subcontracting is not required for this project.
