Description

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of operational services, Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public Schools (ECPPS) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) and Deferred Maintenance Plan.
The desired outcome will be to document the present condition of educational and administrative facilities; to provide an annual, 5, and 10-year facilities maintenance schedule and plan necessary to repair, restore, and maintain ECPPS facilities in support of academic instruction. ECPPS is seeking a full assessment of all 12 schools and 4 additional facilities.
