Description

Catawba County is soliciting proposals, on behalf of Western Piedmont Council of Governments, for General Contractors only, to provide one (1) home rehabilitation. Catawba County has received a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Scattered Site Housing Project to rehabilitate homes. The double-wide mobile home to be rehabilitated is located on Cherry Ridge Dr., Newton, North Carolina. This job consists of a new roof, guttering, new vinyl windows (10), mobile home exterior doors (2), porch/step replacements, electrical work, plumbing work, floor covering installation, new kitchen cabinets, pest control, as well as other carpentry work.
