Description

University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), on behalf of its Associated Entities, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit these associated entities’ Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 and to prepare the annual 990 reporting tax returns, with the option of auditing the entity’s financial statements and preparing the 990 tax returns for two (2) subsequent fiscal years. The audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
