Description

The Town of Wendell is soliciting Request for Qualifications with the intent to pre-qualify general contractors capable of providing labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to complete the renovation of the Pleasant Grove Community Center.

Interested parties must submit sealed responses no later than August 19, 2024, at 10:00am, at 409 Landing View Drive, Wendell, North Carolina  27591.

For any questions regarding the submission of, or requirements of a qualification, contact in writing and address to the Program Manager, Marc Collins, by email at mcollins@townofwendellnc.gov.  Any other contact with Town of Wendell personnel or project design consultants may be grounds for elimination from the qualification process.  Requests for interpretation or any other questions must be received no later than July 31, 2024, at 2:00PM.

Responses to questions or interpretations will be issued by Addenda to this webpage and emailed to any firm that has received the RFQ documents directly.
