Description

Durham Public Schools wishes to purchase high heat dish machines to replace non-functional equipment and/or
install a dishwasher where one was never present to improve the efficiency and productivity of its school kitchen
operations.
Vendors are asked to include the following in their proposals for all 25 schools:
● Installation cost including any required facility upgrades
● Old machine removal cost
● Spray nozzle sink attachment
Specific machines and dish tables for each school are as follows. Vendors who wish to review the site location
should contact David Bell at 919-730-1230 to schedule a time. Please note: if the vendor identifies a superior
dishwashing solution for an individual school (e.g. pot washer instead of the requested conveyor dishwasher
because of available onsite infrastructure), please note and quote that price to represent the best price and
machine match for the kitchen space.
