Description

The Town of Emerald Isle is currently accepting bids for Emerald Isle Drainage Improvements:  Cedar Street, Bogue Inlet & Old Ferry Road

Complete specifications including related addendums can be found below under the section titled Related Documents or may be obtained at the Town Administrative Offices, 7509 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC 28594 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or from Laura Rotchford, Finance Director, by request via email to lrotchford@emeraldisle-nc.org.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. EDT on September 6, 2023 in the office of the Town Manager, Town Administrative Offices, 7509 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC 28594. The words “Bid Proposal for: Emerald Isle Drainage Improvements”, the NC General Contractors License Number, and that the bid is for “Single Prime Bid”, shall be stated on the front of the bid envelope.  (Please note: mailed proposals should be addressed to 7500 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC 28594, and must be received before the bid opening.)  

PUBLIC BID OPENING WILL BE AT 2:00 P.M. EDT ON September 6, 2023 at Town Administrative Offices located at 7509 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC 28594. 

The Town of Emerald Isle reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
