Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Offers for the analysis of the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) program training required, design and create training for state employees and to implement and provide training both virtually and via webinars to be loaded onto the state learning management system. The vendors shall design and implement the FNS training program across North Carolina. North Carolina is a State supervised, County administered Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified vendors with proven successful experience creating, implementing and maintaining interactive SNAP training. The training will improve the State’s timeliness and payment accuracy rate.
