COUNTY OF NEW HANOVER, NORTH CAROLINA

 

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 

SPANISH TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION SERVICES

 

 

New Hanover County Health and Humans Services is soliciting proposals for Translation and Interpretation Services as outlined in the following specifications. Proposals should be emailed to coprince@nhcgov.com .

 

Deadline for receipt of Proposals is 5:00 PM EST., Thursday, May 16, 2024. The following information should be included in the subject line of the email “RFP - TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION SERVICES.”

 

A pre-proposal meeting will be held Thursday, April 25, 2004, from 9:00 -10:00 AM via Microsoft Teams. Please email coprince@nhcgov.com to receive an invitation to the meeting. All Service Providers who desire to submit their proposal for consideration for this service are invited to attend; however, attendance is not required to submit a proposal.

 

Instructions for submitting proposals and complete specifications may be obtained by visiting the County’s website at Bid Postings • New Hanover County, NC • Civic Engage (nhcgov.com).

 

New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to make the award which will be in the best interest of the County.
