Description

The North Carolina Department of State Treasurer (NCDST) Retirement Systems Division (RSD) and Unclaimed Property Division (UPD) seeks to solicit Proposal Offers from qualified Vendors to provide NCDST with access to a Vendor’s website for NCDST to conduct identification and verification searches of individuals and non-individuals. The NCDST RSD shall use this service to verify and identify members and beneficiaries. The NCDST UPD shall use this service to conduct identification and verification searches of potential unclaimed property owners and their identity and connection to unclaimed property. These Identification and Verification services are crucial to the success of RSD and UPD business operations. This is an Agency Specific Term Contract, there shall be no minimum or maximum quantities guaranteed under this Contract
