Description

Your firm is hereby invited to submit a written statement of qualifications to provide professional and engineering services related to the design and permitting of stabilization measures for the Morgan Creek bypass channel at the Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and dredging of the channel as indicated in Sections 2 through 4 below. OWASA will conduct a Qualification-Based Selection process to identify the best qualified firm, or team of firms, with which to negotiate a contract. All firms submitting qualifications must have demonstrated experience and expertise the hydraulic analysis of channels, floodplain and floodway modeling, and in the design and permitting of channel stabilization and channel dredging.
