Description

The purpose of this IFB is to solicit Bids from qualified Offerors for the delivery and management of the NC Office of State Fire Marshal’s (OSFM) Level II Hazardous Materials Technician certification program, for calendar year 2025. This course is designed to train responders in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 472 and Occupational Safety and Health Administrations (OSHA) 29 CFR 1910.120. Four (4) ten-day classes will be taught throughout the year. This is a unique certification training course and requires special certified instructors to teach these classes.

The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract.
