Description

The Town of Plymouth, North Carolina is soliciting qualifications from engineering firms for planning, engineering and design services for the “Stormwater Action Plan” project. The plan will include mapping of stormwater infrastructure, analysis of the stormwater network, and planning several stormwater improvement projects at the concept level. A public education plan will also be included. For the highest priority project selected by the town, construction level designs will be included, which will be used to apply for available grant funding and to move forward into the permitting and construction phase of the project
