Description

Sealed bids will be received by the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Board Education at Financial Services Conference Room, 475 Corporate Square Drive, Winston-Salem up to 2:00 p.m. December 20, 2023, for General Construction Bids and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into alteration of the Hanes Lower Level and Lowrance Gym.

Bids will be received for General Construction.  All proposals shall be lump sum.

A pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders and vendors on December 7, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at the site, 2900 Indiana Avenue, Winston-Salem, NC.  Project specific questions, bidding procedures, and HUB information will be addressed for this project.  Minority participation questions should be directed to the Architect or WS/FCS Maintenance Department.  Please provide questions pertaining to this project by December 14, 2023, at 12:00 pm.

Complete plans, specifications and contract documents will be available on December 1, 2023.  
Qualified General Contractors may obtain bidding documents from Peterson/Gordon Architects, 3508 Vest Mill Rd., Winston Salem, NC.
