Description

The Charlotte Mecklenburg Board of Education is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to replace tracks at Butler High School and Providence High Schools.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place via MS Teams on March 14, 2025, at 1pm.  Meeting ID 298 829 001 189 Passcode: ov2ee77T.   Copies of the bid documents can be requested from yolandas.fergerson@cms.k12.nc.us or downloaded from the following site: https://www.cms.k12.nc.us/Page/12614.

Bids are due NLT 8am on March  24, 2025 by mail or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208.  Bids received after this date will be returned unopened.

CMBE reserves the right to reject all proposals when such rejection is deemed in the best interest of CMBE.
