Description

The City of Lenoir's Campus Improvements Project generally consists of renovation and new construction to facilities that are part of the City's Historic Old Lenoir High School facility and surrounding properties. Improvements include significant renovation to the existing gymnasium, auditorium, and an existing, freestanding appurtenant structure, construction of a new open-air multipurpose pavilion and event space, and related site improvements as necessary. The City of Lenoir is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to serve as Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) through the duration of the project.
