Description

The Department of Administration (DOA), State Parking Division (SPD) is seeking to contract with a qualified Vendor to perform normal inspections and preventive maintenance Semi-Annually to Arthur Smith Industries -ASI and RYTEC High Speed Doors throughout the State Government Complex. DOA's State Parking Division is responsible for managing over 7,500 spaces in 23 locations for employees and visitors to the North Carolina State Government Complex in downtown Raleigh. In addition, State Parking coordinates alternative options for employees and all parking operations & maintenance.
