Description

The University Farm of NC A&T SU is seeking a licensed general contractor that can perform all required aspects of this project. This bid is turn key so all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment needed will be the responsibility of the GC. The farm is in need of a metal building to be brought out and installed to house equipment. The installation will include pouring a slick finish concrete slab for the foundation of the building, adding sheet rock and dry wall for insulation. Painting sheet rock. Electrical and lighting will be needed along with mini HVAC units, gutters and gutter drops for new building. The location of the work is at 3020 McConnell Rd, Greensboro, NC 27401. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR MUST SUBMIT THE RESPONSE.
