Description

Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 24, 2025, at 10:00 am EST, see Section 2.5 PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE (page 8) of the RFP for details.  
The Department of Commerce, Division of Community Revitalization (DCR), is seeking proposals from highly qualified North Carolina licensed general contractors to perform demolition, rehabilitation, and/or reconstruction of single-family residential structures and repair and replacement of Manufactured Housing Units (MHUs) in Western North Carolina counties impacted by Hurricane Helene.
