Description

The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources is seeking to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide landscaping services at the site of the Historic Halifax Courthouse, located at 10 King St. in Halifax, NC, 27839. The work to be performed will consist of clearing the turf and other flora to establish a stone pad that will outline the footprint of the original courthouse, constructed in the 1760’s, which once stood on the site. A compacted gravel walkway will also need to be placed to lead visitors to the stone pad detailing the site of the Courthouse.
