Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  The Work consists of Construction of a new (temporary) firehouse, which consists of: clearing and grading of the site; asphalt and concrete driveways; landscaping and grassing.  Special coordination will be required with the Owner’s security vendor, AV vendor, and furniture vendor.  Work consists of the installation of a triple wide modular living unit (Owner purchased). General Contractor shall be reponsible for site preparations, building footings, connecting all utilities, and building ramps, stairs and sidewalks up to the finished floor level.  General Contractor shall also transport to the site from local storage and erect (including wall and roof panels) a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) (Owner purchased). General Contractor will also be responsible for floor slabs, underground utilities, and all interior upfits.
