Description

Mitchell Community College Foundation & Endowment for Excellence (MCCFEE) is seeking the auditing services for its fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. The contract shall commence on May 1, 2024, and continue, unless terminated in accordance with this section, June 30, 2025. Thereafter, unless either party notifies the other in writing at least 120 days before expiration of the initial term, or then the current renewal term, of its intention not to renew, MCCFEE reserves the right to renew for two (2) successive one (1) year renewal periods under the same terms and conditions prevailing at the end of the initial term or the immediately preceding renewal term, as the case may be.
