Description

Request for Proposals (RFP) are issued to prospective vendors for brand strategy and management services for East Carolina University (hereinafter referred to as ECU or University). The primary objective is to improve the overall brand identity of ECU and positioning in North Carolina and nationally while leveraging multi content platform tactics with a cohesive and compelling message across constituencies. The selected agency will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance ECU’s brand, initial operationalization of the strategies, and training ECU personnel to execute consistently across multiple platforms. It is the intent of East Carolina University (ECU) to solicit proposals from agencies with a minimum of five (5) years of successful higher education brand strategy and management services and some experience of these services within the State of North Carolina (preferably UNC system institutions). Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract for East Carolina University.
