Description

Design services for Health Sciences Building – three-story, 80,000- square-foot located on Lawson Street on Durham Tech’s main campus, opposite the Educational Resource Center. The building will house classrooms, science labs, simulation labs, and study spaces for the Health Sciences and Allied Health programs. The project also includes building a pedestrian bridge across Lawson Street from the Health Sciences Building to the Educational Resource Center.

Prospective design teams shall demonstrate experience in projects of similar type, size, and complexity. Design proposals should include a comprehensive listing of all subconsultants, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, landscape architecture, AV/IT & security, and others needed to address the specific needs of this project
