Pursuant to NCGS 143-129, sealed bids addressed to Courtney Prince, Purchasing Agent, 230 Government Center Dr., Wilmington, NC 28403 and marked “RFB 26-0195 ROCK AND SOIL HAULING SERVICES” will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. EST, Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

Bids will be opened publicly in the Government Center Multipurpose Conference Room 136 located at 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403.

Instructions for submitting bids and complete requirements and information may be obtained by visiting the County’s website at https://www.nhcgov.com/bids.aspx. 

 

New Hanover County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to make the Award which will be in the best interest of the County.
