Description

This project will be installation of a new chiller to serve the Wake
Technical Community College Southern Wake Campus Building SN.
The existing 150-ton chiller CH-1 will be replaced with a new 150-ton
air cooled chiller, as well as new primary pumps to serve chiller CH-1
and a new secondary chilled water pump to serve AHU-5 in the gym.
Chilled water supply and return piping to existing AHU-5 shall be
revised and piping in the main Building SN Mezzanine will be
reconfigured to provide a new primary/secondary loop for Building SN.
Work will include a new variable frequency drive for the new secondary
chilled water pump.
