Description

Pender County is seeking bids on the purchase, installation, and one-year warranty of a 500kw diesel generator with automatic transfer station switch, fuel tank, wiring and permitting for C.F. Pope Elementary School, located at 400 N. Wright Street, Burgaw, NC, 28425.  Click here to view the full Invitation to Bid # 25-295.  An optional site tour will be conducted on February 13, 2025 at 11:30am.  Questions must be submitted via email to purchasing@pendercountync.gov.  Bids shall be submitted in person or by FedEx/UPS/courier to 805 S. Walker St., Burgaw, NC  28425.  Proposals sent by US Mail should be submitted to PO Box 1578, Burgaw, NC  28425.  Bids are due no later than February 26, 2025 at 2pm and must be labeled “ITB # 25-295”.  MWBE or HUB certified firms are encouraged to participate.   Pender County reserves the right to waive formalities, seek clarification, and reject any/all bids
