Description

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) is seeking a Contractor to provide daily/weekly grounds maintenance services for miscellaneous building and parking lots for the University of North Carolina Greensboro in full compliance with the specifications of the solicitation.  There shall be no more than seven (7) days between services.

The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year with the option to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year terms.
