Description

Washington County Board of Education is accepting competitive proposals for a Food Service Management Company to operate 3 School’s nonprofit school nutrition program(s) for a twelve-month period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, with options to renew the Contract for four (4) additional terms of one year each.  Also an additional contract to finish out the remainder of this school year to begin on TBD and ending on June 30, 2026. A mandatory pre bid meeting will be held, December 1, 2025  at 2:00 PM with questions due on December 5, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Proposals are to be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “Food Service Management Company Proposal, Washington County Board of Education” to Jolanda Jordan, 802 Washington Street, Plymouth NC 27962.  Proposal must be received by January 5, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. which time will be publicly opened January 6,2026 at 9:00 A.M.  Washington County Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids.  Washington County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
