Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Statewide Term Contract for the provision of the State’s requirements for vehicle dedicated and bi-fuel propane conversion kits, accessories, fuel infrastructure and propane (Autogas) throughout the State of North Carolina, on an “as needed” basis, if and when ordered by State Departments, Agencies, and Higher Education Institutions during the contract period. The State intends to make four (4) awards (contracts) based on a division of the State into 4 geographic regions: namely: Mountains, Western Piedmont, Eastern Piedmont and Coastal Plains as depicted in the Map below, with a single award for each geographic region.
