Description

Architectural Firm is needed to provide engineering and design
services and construction oversight for the removal and
replacement of the brick exterior walls and original windows on
Building D2. The building is approximately 34,000 square feet
and was built in 1987. The brick work on the building is
cracking and in need of replacement. The bricks and windows
are original to the building. Building D2 houses the following
instructional areas: Nursing, Veterinary Medical Technology,
English and Humanities, and Business and Information
Technologies.

There will be no NCC guided visits or meetings conducted
prior to the submittal of letters of interest.
