Description

The Raleigh Convention and Performing Arts Complex (RCPAC) is seeking a licensed general contracting firm to provide preventative maintenance to the building automation management systems at the Raleigh Convention Center and the Martin Marietta Center for Performing Arts. Each facility has different systems with unique requirements therefore, proposals will be assessed separately per facility and the City reserves the right to enter into one or multiple contracts.
