Description

Pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143-128.1(A), the Washington County Board of Education issues this
Request for Qualifications from design builders for the following projects: For the remodeling/renovation
of Washington County Early College High School, the Washington County High School JROTC
Program, and Central Support Services. The intent of this RFQ is to select a design-build team to provide
design and construction services for this project.  
Location for Submission of Qualifications:
Design-builders are to submit three (3) copies of qualifications information package to the Administrative
Offices of the Washington County Schools, 802 Washington Street, Plymouth, NC 27962 Physical
Address for FedEx/UPS delivery: 802 Washington Street, Plymouth, NC 27962.
NC Licensing Requirements:
Design-Builders (as defined in N. C. Gen. Stat. § 143-128.1 (B)) must be properly licensed to provide
design- build services as required by the State of North Carolina. Additional information regarding
