Description

RFP 2026-008 Customer Information System Replacement Project, Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Water, is soliciting Proposals from Proposers capable of satisfying the needs for software and consulting services to implement a new software systems environment to address UCW’s needs related to Utility Billing and Customer Information Systems (UB).

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Teleconference: This is a non-mandatory meeting that will take place on September 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Representatives from Union County Water will be on-hand to give a brief overview of the project and to answer questions.
