Description

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS) is seeking one or more qualified firms for real estate services related to its Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The CIP is comprised of two (2) primary components: 1) residential/non-residential storm water easement acquisition services needed for stream restoration projects, and 2) turnkey services related to floodplain property acquisitions. Firms may opt to be considered for one or both components. The firm(s) retained under this Request for Proposals will be awarded a three (3) year on-call contract with an option to renew.
