Description

Caldwell Community College is accepting qualifications for geotechnical engineering, materials testing and special inspections for the Health Sciences Building proposed to be located on the main campus in Hudson, NC until February 22, 2024 at 3pm via electronic submission to Clark Nexsen. This project is for a new facility of approximately 60,000 sf and renovations to building H of approximately 12,000 sf. The project will consist of Higher Education Allied Health Classrooms, Clinic space, and General Administrative Offices. The new work has an estimated construction budget of over $50,000,000. Submit general qualifications submittal, include previous work experience similar to the scope of this project. The initial scope of work will be for geotechnical engineering only, followed by special inspections and testing during construction. The owner retains the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. Limit qualification statements to a maximum of IO pages. Include the proposed professional engineer, technician and project manager resume.
