Description

The scope of work associated with this project is as follows: ▪ Replace entire flooring in community spaces, overnight respite space and hallways. ▪ Repair and patch walls where needed prior to painting. ▪ Paint all walls in areas of work. ▪ Install cabinetry and built-in storage for overnight respite space and nurses station. ▪ Install doors with glass downside in activity rooms. ▪ Install electrical – additional outlets, computer connections, ▪ Install upgrades to meet ADA Compliant safety design – grab bars. ADA height toilet seats, wall mounted seating in bathroom, handicap accessible shower, ▪ Install sinks in overnight respite space. ▪ Upgraded plumbing: shower and bathroom drainage. ▪ Removal and disposing of entire construction site debris
