Description

The intent of this solicitation is to obtains more than one contractor for routine maintenance and repair for all heating and air conditioning systems included in this Request For Proposal (RFP). All contractors interested in submitting a proposal against this RFP must possess current licensures. The intent of this RFP is also to award a contract to multiple Vendors, with possibly two Primary Contractors and one Secondary Contractor. The initial term of this award is to be three (3) years, with an additional two (2), 1-Year options to renew.
Please be aware that all solicitations must be submitted to WSSU Purchasing Services no later than 1:00pm EST on 11/29/2023. All solicitations received no later than 1:00pm EST on 11/29/2023 will be publicly opened at 3:00pm EST that same day, 11/29/2023.
