Description

The Town of Plymouth has received a Community Development Block Grant- Infrastructure
(CDBG-I) award in the amount of $1,870,250.00 by the North Carolina Department of
Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) for 2024 CDBG-I Lift Station Improvements and is soliciting
proposals for grant administration services to assist the Town in the administration and
management of this project in compliance with all applicable requirements under the North
Carolina CDBG-I Program

Proposals must submitted no later than 5 pm on Friday, June 27, 2025 at Plymouth Town Hall,
124 E. Water Street, Plymouth, NC 27962 or an electronic (PDF) version by email at
