Description

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain pricing for and procure a cloud-based event management software platform for use in and by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR), Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS). The OEMS hosts an annual Expo that offers attendees the chance to engage with distinguished faculty from across North Carolina. The event provides continuing education credits covering a range of topics, including pre-hospital emergency care, emergency and trauma medicine, and public health advancements. An event management platform is needed to enhance the planning, execution, and evaluation of this event.
