Description

Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking a qualified General Contractor service to upfit an existing 30,874 SF building shell (1st Floor:  23,420 sq. ft., 2nd Floor:  9,137 sq. ft.) for FTCC staff offices and maintenance shop facilities. Scope includes, but is not limited to full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection upgrades, as well as upgrades to the existing parking areas, including a new building-length entry canopy, new storefront windows, new overhead coiling doors, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
