Description

Scope of work: The City of Charlotte (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms/teams (Firms) to provide advice and assistance (Services) for two separate vertical design-build projects (CMPD Helicopter Hanger Relocation and CMPD Animal Care and Control, Phase 3 Expansion). The City anticipates selecting owner’s advisors to assist with these Projects. The City is seeking well qualified consultant whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, professional services to the City. Firms will have the choice to submit responses for one or both projects but need to prioritize their interest by assigning a rating of one to two for each of the projects.
