Description

Pender County Schools is requesting and will be accepting qualification proposal submissions from vendors interested in offering furniture design/casework options to the following schools within the district: Pender High School, Burgaw Middle School, West Pender Middle School, CF Pope Elementary School, Malpass Corner Elementary School, and Rocky Point Elementary School. The selected vendor will work with Instructional Services, Auxiliary Services, and the Assistant Superintendent to provide appropriate furniture/casework design options in appropriate quantities that will complement the redesign of learning spaces throughout the district that also fits within a final budget that will be determined later. The furniture/casework vendor will be qualified and selected based on the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder standard, consistent with State and Federal law and regulations. All vendors are allowed and encouraged to include any information in the respective submittals that they might consider relevant to the selection process.
