Description

This project is to relocate the current lab ventilation fan to an area in the mechanical courtyard.  The Williams Building was constructed in 2015.  There have been continued issues related to the proper operation and maintenance of the lab ventilation.  The fan system is currently not serviceable due to limited access.  This will require relocation of ductwork and related utilities and potential installation of structured catwalk.
