Description

The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services:  Owner's Advisor [Advisor] to assist the City with strategizing on administering alternative delivery methods, infrastructure project selection for design/construction packages [Project] to be advertised, and supporting project initiation including RFQ, Solicitation, Selection of preferred applicant, Negotiation, and Implementation phases as associated with transportation infrastructure projects including but not limited to sidewalks, bike lanes, and multi-use paths.
