Description

The North Carolina Mail Service Center is responsible for providing mail services to all Agencies within the State of North Carolina. The Mail Service Center is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide mail presorting services.  These Services shall include presorting, spraying bar codes on mail pieces, and postage metering for the State of North Carolina.  Successful Vendor needs ability to provide same day service to US Post Office, prepare mail to take advantage of postal service discounts for presorted mail and pick up mail from the Mail Service Center located at 3905 Reedy Creek Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607.
