Description

Sealed, hand-delivered proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, on Thursday, November 13, 2025, in the office of Mecklenburg County Asset & Facility Management Department, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC 28208, for the construction of a DC FAST CHARGER Project at 3205 Freedom Drive in Charlotte.   A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be held at 10:00am on Wednesday October 15, 2025 at 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000 in Charlotte. 5% Bid, 100% Performance, and Payment & Material bonds shall be required for this project. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards apply. Mecklenburg County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities, as it may deem to be in its best interest.
