New Hanover County is soliciting qualification submittals from highly qualified engineers to provide complete Commissioning services for the NHC Project Grace Library and Museum to be erected at 230 Grace Street, Wilmington, NC.
New Hanover County will be constructing a new 3 story library and museum building in downtown Wilmington. The building will be 95,000sf Type IIB construction per plans and specifications developed by LS3P.
