Description

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) seeks information from qualified vendors regarding secure offender communications solutions for individuals housed in NCDAC correctional institutions. NCDAC is interested in understanding market capabilities, service models, implementation approaches, security controls, integration options, pricing structures, and operational considerations for modernizing and managing offender communications. This RFI will inform NCDAC's planning for a potential future solicitation. Information submitted in response to this RFI may be used to refine business, technical, operational, security, legal, compliance, pricing, and implementation requirements. The issuance of this RFI does not obligate the State to issue a solicitation, award a contract, or procure any products or services.
