Description

The Office of State Fire Marshal is looking for an event management company to help manage registrations, payments, check-in, and badge printing for two conferences - the Fire Life Safety Educator Conference and the NC Safe Kids Conference. Both are annual conference that focus on safety and risk production through education. Participating bidders will need to be able to process at least 600 attendees per conference and help build/manage registration prior months in advance beginning in October 2026.
